MXROS Inc. designs and builds coiled tubing injectors ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 pounds lifting capacity. Snubbing capacities range from 5,000 to 14,000 pounds.  These injectors are completely self contained with special features such as two speed gear boxes for high and low speeds, single weight indicator systems, counterbalance valves, four point lifting frames, compact design, all quick-disconnect hydraulic control lines and power supply hoses. 

• Dual planetary gearboxes with fixed or variable displacement hydraulic motors.Wet type multi-disc, fail-safe, static brakes.
• Dual high-pressure hydraulic filters with accumulators on traction and chain tension cylinders.
• Tubing sizes include 1, 1 ¼, 1 ½, 1 ¾, 2 and 2 3/8 inch diameters with cast steel gripper blocks. Hard surfacing of Gripper Blocks is available.
• Full spline drive shafts on larger models with fully balanced traction and tension cylinders.
• FEA analyzed side frames with fully accessible bearings and grease fittings for maintenance.
